Joel Wayne Garber, Esq.

Joel is the Founder and President of Garber Law.  Hard work has always been Joel's key to success.  After putting himself through undergrad at Rutgers, Joel put himself through law school at Temple by working during the day and completing his classes at night.  When he graduated in 1984, he took his first lawyer position as counsel for Rutgers Casualty Insurance Company.  He then ascended to the position of General Counsel for Automotive Management Systems, Inc., one of the largest franchisors in New Jersey at the time.

In 1986, Joel founded Garber Law with the singular goal of helping the victims of negligence, corporate greed, and all forms of discrimination.  From there, the rest has been history.  Joel has secured numerous million and multi-million dollar recoveries for his clients.  He's argued before courts across the U.S., including successful arguments before the Supreme Court of New Jersey.  And he's won countless awards from both his peers, and some of the leading legal institutions in the country.  These achievements have allowed Joel to build a sprawling network of lifelong clients who all feel like a part of the Garber Law family.

Outside of the law, Joel enjoys spending time with his family and traveling whenever he can.  A Philly native, Joel is a die-hard fan of all the city's teams.  Joel is also a devoted dog dad to his two Shi Tzus, Reggie and Daisy.
